Respect without losing Your personality.

The ability to take something seriously without becoming painfully serious.
The willingness to be challenged.
The capacity to surprise Me.
And the willingness to let Yourself be surprised.
I do not need You to arrive already shaped for Me.
I am much more interested in what happens once You are in My hands.
